Series CL03 Clean Line Pneumatic Directional Control Valve
The AVENTICS CL03 Clean Line series of valves were specifically designed to handle your high pressure wash-down applications. There is no need to mount the valves in a cabinet - the high flow Clean Line valves have an IP69K (better than NEMA 6P) protection class rating. The hygienic design allows for easy cleaning - withstanding up to 1450 psi wash-down. Series QR1 Pneumatic Push-In Fittings – Inch and Metric
AVENTICS Series QR1 fittings are for inch tubing/NPT threads and metric tubing/IS0-G(BSPP) threads. The user-friendly oval release ring allow the push-in fittings to quickly release from the tubing—much easier than traditional round release rings. QR1 fittings come in standard and mini sizes, plus function fittings such as ball valves, check valves, flow controls, etc. They feature premium materials such as the stainless steel tube locking mechanism and the polymer body and release ring.
Ceram™ ISO 5599-1 Pneumatic Directional Control Valve
Unique sliding ceramic plates form a near perfect seal. The CERAM valve is more tolerant of dirty air and harsh conditions than any directional control valve available. The CERAM valve offers an extremely long life (expectancy of 150 million cycles) and won’t “stick” like many spool valves.
